At Radiant Global, we are committed to providing high-quality tiles and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes issues can arise, and we aim to make our return and refund process as smooth and transparent as possible.
Terms of Return
- All return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery or collection.
- To be eligible for return, tiles must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original, unopened packaging.
- Returns must be accepted only if the same pattern or batch is still available in stock.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
State of Return
- Returned tiles must be in resalable condition, free from damage, cracks, or alterations.
- We cannot accept returns for tiles that have been installed, cut, or modified in any way.
- Partial boxes will not be accepted.
Reason for Return
You may request a return if:you have changed your mind (conditions apply – see below).
- Change of mind returns are accepted at the discretion of Radiant Global.
- A 25% restocking fee and applicable transport charges will apply.
- Returned goods must meet all state-of-return conditions listed above.
Process for Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our Customer Service Team at within 15 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
- Please ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Customers are responsible for return freight unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
Process of Refund
- Once returned goods are received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2 -3 business days via your original payment method.
Order Confirmation, Variations & Delivery Policy
Kindly confirm Markup and Invoice quantities for your Project, before delivery is scheduled.
As per our new policy:
- Deliveries can only be booked once confirmation has been received.
- Any variations after confirmation will incur a $50 repacking fee per variation.
- All returns will incur a 25% restocking fee and transport charges as applicable at the time.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the highest level of service and accuracy.
Australian Consumer Law
Our policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major product failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
For minor issues, you are entitled to a replacement.
